We rely on the integrity of our customers to operate our business without any upfront cost to you with the understanding that your invoice will be satisfied on the same day of service. On the day of your service, we provide all cleaning supplies, cost of transportation to your requested location, and pay our cleaning team daily upon completion of service.
Please note the following terms as an agreement to schedule services:
- You will be prompted to add a form of payment upon confirmation of your booking
- You will be able to change your form of payment upon completion of service
- Should your invoice remain open after 24 hours of completion of service, your card will be automatically charged
- Should your invoice remain open after 24 hours of completion of service and your payment decline, a $20 late fee will be charged
- Should we have a need to cancel due to staffing issues, we agree to reschedule within 3 business days in addition to a 10% discount in consideration to your schedule
- Should you have a need to cancel or reschedule a single or standing appointment we ask that you do so 48 hours in advance
- Should client request cancellation 24 hours prior to scheduled service, a $50 cancellation fee will apply
- Should client request cancellation in less than 24 hours prior to scheduled service, 50% of the cost of your service fee will apply
- Health related issues are not exempt from the cancellation policy
- Rebooking will be determined upon payment
